Has anyone tried the cabbagew soup diet?

Has anyone tried the New cabbage soup diet or the cabbage soup diet? How did it work for your and how much did you loose? Did you gain it back, or gain it back quickly? I want to use this to jump start my weight loss, as I already exercise about 5 times a week, and I eat pretty healthy.

I’ve been on it for 17 days, and I feel great! I happen to love the soup, which really helps, and so far I’ve lost 17 pounds. I walk 5-6 miles each day, and this diet has really curbed my cravings for sweet things and junk food. However, I know that losing this much weight is not healthy whatsoever, so should I finish the third week (4 1/2 more days), and stop, keep going, or just stop now? What do you think?

7 Day Soup Diet

Eating soup to lose weight is a great way to stay healthy, trim and shapely. A 7 day soup diet will help you with your goal of shedding a few pounds and it is very easy to do, providing you stick to this plan. Losing weight is 99% commitment and most people fail due to lack of self control. Follow this easy eating plan and you will see the inches start to fall off.

The base food for this plan is cabbage soup. Other foods are added around this to provide an entire, balanced diet, but make sure you follow a cabbage soup recipe if you have never made it before. Do not go out and buy cabbage soup as it will most likely contain sugar, fats, salt and extra calories.

Day 1:
Eat as much fruit as you can. Make sure you have drinks like Tea or Coffee without sugar. Try to drink lots of water too. Have your cabbage soup at least 2 times – or when you are feeling peckish.

Day 2:
On this day you can start eating cooked vegetables as well as your soup. You can even venture as far as having a baked potato, stuffed aubergine or pepper. Have no peas or sweetcorn on this day though.

Day 3:
Just eat fruit and vegetables all day. Have the soup when you feel like it too.

Day 4:
Today you can eat bananas. Try to eat over 6 if possible and wash them down with some low fat skimmed milk. Remember to eat your soup and drink water too.

Day 5:
Hooray! Today is meat day! Have some beef, chicken or fish (around 400g) with vegetables too. Try to eat some tomatoes and drink plenty of water too. When you feel hungry during the day, have a cup of soup to stop you snacking.

Day 6:
Repeat the process for day 5 but throw in a salad too.

Day 7:
Eat vegetables and fruit on this day. You could even try some brown rice too, soaked and mixed in with your cabbage soup.

And that is the 7 day soup diet plan. Try to stick to it as much as you can and remember that drinking plenty of water is important. Make up a big pot of cabbage soup and keep it in the fridge for when you feel hungry. You can then just microwave it to heat it up.

so yeah.so after you finsihed the cabbage soup how long did it take you to regain the weight?how many days,hours,weeks?

cause im on it right now but im planning on continuing dieting afterwards like a 1200 calorie diet,so just wondering.
thats what diets are.to reduce eating than what you eat now,but yes i have been excercising and on my 6th day and i feel great.
