Can I gain muscle on the cabbage soup diet?

Hi, I am in a bind to where I need to lose weight and gain some muscle within 2 weeks. I hate crash dieting but I want to do it this time. Anyway, I was thinking of adding in protein shakes to my cabbage soup diet (with fish oils and multi-vitamins) but I wanted to know with some excercise could I gain muscle and drop all that weight?
No. In fact, you’ll lose muscle.
Muscle gain requires a calorie surplus plus muscle-building exercise.
I prefer to use the Michael Pollan style eating habits. Very easy, diverse and deliver great results.
