cause im on it right now but im planning on continuing dieting afterwards like a 1200 calorie diet,so just wondering.

well, i tried it for a while and lost lke 15 pounds maybe? but it was really a matter of two weeks to a month that i put all the weight back on.
Maybe if you incorporate an exercise program or more of an exercise program than what you are currently doing, you can keep the weight off.
I am a little disheartened to see that you have decided to try the Cabbage Soup Diet, it is nearly just the lasted fad. Commonly, I see people try this diet out only to regain all the weight back. Like many of these common diets they just allow your body to crash which makes you temporarily lose weight.
I would recommend that you avoid it…
I’m convinced that the cabbage soup diet can at least help break bad eating habits and lead to a more vegetable oriented nutrition after the seven days. Many personalities are by the big weight loss effect so motivated, that they stick to a healthier lifestyle even after the cabbage soup diet week. It is however important to know BEFORE which longterm weight loss program you choose after these 7 days otherwise you will gain the pound back quicker then you lost them. But with a conscious decision to maintain your weight loss, exercises & and a healthy nutrition afterwards you will even lose more pounds in the lon run – like me! Get below some inspirations.
I didn’t gain it back, BUT, I’ve gone from 205lbs to 160lbs with proper nutrition and fitness. I use it to help me through my plateaus. And have never gained back. But again, I am physically active 5+days per week and eat fairly well.
I think that if people remain aware that there’s no quick fix to weight loss, this isn’t *so bad*.
For one, it greatly reduces your carb/sugar cravings. Which, if you are overweight is probably your biggest problem.
And no matter what, I add lean protein each day. It may result in a smaller loss at the end of the 7 days but I don’t feel lightheaded, tired, crabby, anything like that.
I think it’s also important to fit in some light-to-moderate exercise (not too much because of the low calorie consumption!)
