We probably have all struggled with our weight in the past or have known someone who has.  It does tend to run in families too, so if you are overweight then it is odds on that another family member is too.  Our goal is to create a website about the excellent fat burning soup diet that has been used by so many people around the world to get back in shape and lose weight and we would love to hear from our readers.

We would be interested in hearing your stories of weight loss, tips you have for others going through the same process or any encouragement you would like to give.  We reward our commenters on our posts through the use of:
