anyone lost a good amount of weight on a soup diet other than the cabbage soup diet. i am looking to lose like 10 pounds. i am planning on exercise as well but want an easy low calorie meal plan. pls share…

Problem with these diets, unless you plan to stick to it for the rest of your life there is no point cos as soon as u stop you will put the weight right back on.
I am not sure but I dont feel that soup has all the right nutirents the body requires.
Short term, great for weight loss…long term bad for the body.
NEVER diet like that when you want to put anything else in your stomavh your body will reject it you want to excersize a half a hour A day and just cut down on junk (not completley just less) and add more veggies and fruits to your meals
most soups are low calorie… from 30 – 80 calories per serving… check the nutrition facts on the label to be sure.
I cook soup alot and it can be very healthy for you. Make sure you don’t use alot of fat or oil, you can use beans and rice to make a complete protein and tofu can be useful as well. Stay away from cream based soups as these are always fat laden.
I make soups with a soup base IE: chicken base, beef base etc. You can find these at good grocery stores or buy a good brand broth to flavor your soup with. Make sure you put lots of veggies in your soup, it will fill you up without alot of empty calories and you will digest it fast.

Canned soups are nothing but salty water. Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. Make this a lifelong plan, and you will feel better and stay at a desired weight. A serving size is the palm of your hand.

Why the soup diet? That will get boring after a while. I think it is better to count your calories. A female is allowed 15 calories per pound that she ways to maintain. So, if you want to lose weight, why not give yourself 1800 calories on average per day? That way you can eat so much more of a variety and are much more likely to stick with it. Just make sure you drink plenty of water. Diet soda instead of regular. And count those calories girl! Good luck.
Please DON’T do a soup only diet.. its not good for you and you will just replace the weight you lost. My partner did this. It was a night mare.. you become very moody.
The best way to loose weight , and its very simple but wont sell a lot of books or videos , is eat when your belly grumbles and eat ‘ lunch’ size meals , not dinners. and don’t eat after 6.30. Try to cut down on the sugar ( IE in coffee or tea but don’t cut it out ) stop eating all the bad things and you know what they are. Eat more good things ( and we all know what they are ). Have soup with a healthy small sandwich.
Don’t deprive your body of food its use to cuz it will crave it and make you miserable.( IE have pizza.. but have 2 slices with salad. ! ) yes its that easy….
Yup (0: I made that cabbage soup from the cabbage soup diet and its awesome. If you google cabbage soup diet you will find the recipe. While I was eating the soup , I was also doing the 3 day diet at the same time. I ended up losing like 5 pounds instantly and I felt great ! Go 4 it ☺
