You felt ill because you were in withdrawals from sugar…it is a drug. The fruits, veggies, and meat did not make you sick. You were already sick and your body was being cleaned out by the healthy foods. Also…you dropped weight…it works.

i didn’t suffer headache, but i cried when i eat that soup at the first day lol
now I’m a bit fine with the soup.
and I now have a heavy dizziness when i stand up..

I love this diet. My soup is delicious, but make it in a stock pot on the stove. On this diet, I am not hungry at all, I feel great, and I have no cravings. I lose at least a pound a day.
Yes, you can have caffeine. You can have unlimited black coffee and tea.
I eat tons of the soup, like 3 cups of soup, 3 to 4 times a day. I add a tablespoon full of Splenda to each bowl of soup, which makes it taste like Cambells Tomato Soup or Spaghetti-Os.
Part III do NOT cook in a crock pot as the young lady did in this post. It kills the cabbage and that is why the soup is mushy and disgusting. Crunchy is best simmer about 10 mins. Then bag it in Ziploc bags-refrigerate!
Part II 3. Drink a cup of coffee/espresso with soymilk. Make sure you are on a path of eating healthier in the first place. I begin this diet after I have been using the gabriel method for a few weeks ( Basically a salad with flax oil with all meals) eating a few salads with your food daily prepares your palette to eat cleaner foods like this cabbage soup.

Part I- I watch all these cabbage soup diet people who hate the diet. I have used this diet off and on for years! There are three really great success factors you must maintain: 1. Do this in colder seasons where you would normally eat soup. 2. Add curry powder & and heat (peppers red/blk)

Lost 10 lbs. in 6 days. 7th day morning, I was 10 lbs. less .
Tylenol on 2nd day -Headache.
TheraFlu on 3rd day -sick.
Little bit of spicy Trial Mix for the first 4 days.
Fish and veggies on 5th day.
Did not follow menu plan for 6th and 7th days.
3 bowls of Cabbage soup and 7 cups of water ( with lemon juice and Cayenne pepper ) everyday.
Today is the 8th day morning. Overall weight loss is 8 lbs. Need to keep it off. I listen to your video for motivation. Thank you again for sharing
