I have been on this diet for 5 days and lost 9 lbs i only ate the soup 3 times i ate salad most days instead with olive oil and vinegar not really a soup person especially in the summer .

I’m on day three of the cabbage soup diet. At the end of the first day I felt very tired and weak. I felt much better after I had the baked potatoe the next day, my body needed a little fat and carbs. I woke up the third day feeling great, I ate a big plate of fruits and veggies in the morning, it is now noon and I feel very hungry so I will eat the soup (I am getting really sick of cabbage soup but I will eat it anyway) so far I have lost 4lbs. I cannot wait until day 5 when I can have a big steak! One thing I have heard is to eat the steak slowly to avoid getting an upset stomach, your body needs a chanch to get used to something so solid.
